wait up to a week for me to process them whilst I get tracking numbers sent to everyone?
i get through hundreds and hundreds of parcels a week, work 7 days a week up to 18 hours......I CANNOT AND WILL NOT WORK ANY MORE....THIS I'M AFRAID IS NOT UP FOR DISCUSSION....YOU are not an exception, sorry but you aren't!
I know which I'd rather do.....I pride myself on the rapid turnaround of the multitude of orders we get, in the past I had staff which helped....hopefully I can find someone to help out......not as easy as I'd hoped!
If you've not received your parcel after 7 working days, email us and we'll look into it. I send U.K. orders by collectplus and overseas by royal mail tracked. U.K. delivery is normally within 5 WORKING days.....couriers do not work weekends.....

I'VE PUT TWO ORDERS IN....CAN YOU COMBINE THEM AND REFUND PART OF THE POSTAGE?
In a word, no, if i'm really busy and the wife is here helping out, we have in the past not noticed someone has done this. If we've already packed one, the labour time (yes I get paid) and materials are more than the postage saving! Sometimes, the combined size would mean different and more expensive couriers......when I set up the site it was to allow the busines to be run as efficiently as possible....this is why my prices are so good.....this means there's no room for anything "out of the ordinary". If you wish to save on the postage, put one big order in...it is cheaper!
IS THIS ITEM IN STOCK?
if the item shows up, then yes, the website operates in "real time".
CAN I COMBINE ORDERS WITH AN EBAY ORDER?
At present we can't do this...ebays system is well, pants! 8^(
"WHY IS POSTAGE SO HIGH?"
Unfortunately we, like all other business suffered from lots of "lost" parcels..to protect ourselves and our honest customers we now use tracked postal services, these cost more but the chance of recieving your goods are far higher! Then shock horror, we have to pay staff wages....yes wages to pack the parcels.....how thoughtless of them...demanding pay 8^), on top of this there is fuel, road tax, printing costs and last but not least we then pay tax on the lot....so please, please don't think we make a mint....we make very little from postage. We also use high quality boxes to ensure your items are as psychotic postie proof as possible! We did offer free postage at one point but like everyone else we had to put the items cost up to cover this....we made more money but didn't like the basic underhandedness of the system! We are still by far the cheapest on the internet and we like to think the best.....all we can say is look at the final cost of ordering from us against our competitors....you'll be pleasantly suprised!
CAN I RETURN ITEMS I DON'T WANT?
Sadly, yes, but other customers then get to pay for your mistakes. Being a small one man business I pride myself on offering really competetive prices and service, we are not here to provide a try before you buy service! To cover the loss of time and money we are now, sadly going to have to charge £15 re-stocking fee for returned items. This is non negotiable. Buyer pays return postage.
DO YOU OFFER POSTAGE DISCOUNTS FOR MULTIPLE PURCHASES?
Yes, we do, the website is set up to calculate postage on weight and value, this is done before you commit to buy.
CAN I PAY BY CREDIT / DEBIT CARD OR POSTAL ORDER?
Yes, you can we've had a mega secure system installed for cards.....shop away! We accept U.K. postal orders, uncrossed only are acceptable, we no longer accept cheques, as the bank is miles away and we don't go there anymore!
CAN I COLLECT FROM THE UNIT?
Sorry no, we're not insured as a retail premises and are not set up to be one.....H&S are a nightmare! Also with some peoples attitude and items going "walkies" it just isn't worth my blood pressure.....please don't ask as there are no exceptions, also the farm we're located on deals with trespassers the old fashioned way.....a 12 bore!
DO I NEED TO LOG IN?
Only as a returning customer, this speeds things up for you..i.e saves retyping your details. I don't send spam, 1. I wouldn't know how to and 2 I haven't the time or inclination to learn to be honest.
MY PARCEL HASN'T ARRIVED?
Has 7 working days (FOR INLAND) OR 10 working days (FOR OVERSEAS) passed? If not, patience is appreciated....If yes let us know and we'll look into it for you....please note, over 99% of these are sat at the local depot after they've tried to deliver an no one was in.......please check with these first! It also helps if you....
1. provide the correct address....(yes, we get loads of people who cock this up!) then blame everyone but themselves!
2. provide a correct email address ( we do NOT send spam) but it does help if we can contact you about problems....again we get phone calls about lack of notifications....if you do not provide a correct address don't blame me!
3. provide a contact number, again we do not cold call but can ring you if there is a problem.
ARE THE SECOND HAND KITS CHECKED?
Yes they are, occasionally we do miss things however.
HOW ARE THE SECOND HAND KITS GRADED?
We check all the kits for completeness and box condition, box condition very self explanitory 1 rough to 5 very good. We no longer grade on completeness, as they all are, unless listed in the part built / incomplete section, not rocket science we know.....BEING SECONDHAND PARTS MAY BE OFF THE SPRUE, OR EVEN TAPED TOGETHER, this is still classed as unbuilt....they are after all SECONDHAND! Sorry we have to explain this but after an episode with one "customer" we felt we had to, hate having to dumb things down, but the youth of our great nation at times beggar belief!
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
Yes, £5.00, any less and it isn't worth our while, with card fees etc.
