We accept payment by Credit / Debit Cards over the phone & secure payments via this website. 

Delivery Schedule - We post your order right away, typically we aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days. 
Any delays will be notified by email.

Orders - if at Anytime the item you require is not in stock we will email you immediately to advise when the item will become available or offer you the choice to be refunded, should you prefer.

Credit Card Security - All credit card payments are processed in full PCI compliance, manually, using a hand-held terminal, credit card details are then securely disposed of once the transaction has been processed.

Privacy Policy - we Do Not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item to store delivery addresses if the address book is used & to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Returns Policy - All items returned will be subject to a 25% restocking charge (£5 minimum). Goods must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged & in a saleable condition.
Only a credit note will be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Remittance Terms Goods will only be released after full payment funds have been cleared or authorised.
